1.  All Orders are shipped by UPS Ground within 24 hours of receipt.  They include insurance up to the cost of your order at no additional charge.  You will be notified by email when you order ships.  If for some reason we are unable to ship within 24 hours, you will be notified with our estimated ship date, and you may cancel your order at that time if you so choose for a full refund.

2.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

3.  If your order does not meet your satisfaction, contact us with 48 hours and we will attempt to resolve your dissatisfaction; if unable to do so, will we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  You are responsible for return shipping charges by UPS Ground.  Only whole orders (everything you ordered) of unused merchandise may be returned.  Used, or partial returns will not be honored.  They must be returned in the original shipping cartons they where sent to you in, and must include a copy of your original Invoice.  Please place the RMA number on the address label of your return.  After receiving your return in it’s original condition and packaging, we refund your sale price minus our shipping charge and a $10 restocking fee.
